Hi there, my name is Lexie, a Sydney based dietitian from Korean Chinese background. There is always a lot of information on diet and healthy eating. Sometimes it can seem like too much and confusing. My goal is to bring the nutrition mindset back to basics and provide indiviualised practical tips and advices that are truly scientifically based.
To me, eating right is more than just looking good: it is about feeling better. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all in this situation. With this in mind, I provide client-focused one-on-one consultation sessions using motivational interviewing skills in order to efficiently and effectively guide my clients toward a healthy relationship with food.
When it comes to food preference, eating habits, and body images, my message is this: accept what you have and then work to enhance it. We can all do better. Nutrition is a journey, not a destination.
Growing up in an active family made me develop the special interests in sports nutrition. I am passionate about in supporting with individuals and athletes in achieving their performance and training goals. Personally, I am doing yoga and sabre fencing on a regular basis.
